We are a nonresidential program, so the Monterey Bay Center in Watsonville is primarily administrative offices, classroom space and storage for vehicles, tools and other supplies.

We are located in the heart of the Monterey Bay; 30 minutes from both Santa Cruz and Monterey. We are only about 10 miles from the ocean which results in a mild climate.
The Monterey Bay Area has a very high cost-of-living but it is an amazingly beautiful and inspiring place to live. The coastal region of Central California offers a spectacular array of magnificent scenery including breathtaking cliffside beaches, mountains forested with redwoods and firs; rolling hills covered with oaks and manzanita, and thousands of acres of fertile farmland where strawberries, artichokes and garlic (to name our specialties) are grown.
Towns located near our center offer multicultural delights with an emphasis on Mexican-American, American-Indian, East-Indian, and Asian art and cuisine. Sports enthusiasts enjoy a wide variety of athletic activities in the region ranging from surfing, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, skateboarding, hiking and biking, and running, to rock-climbing, disc golf, soccer, equestrian activities, golfing and camping. The nearby cities of Santa Cruz and Santa Clara also offer theme parks for thrill-seekers and game players.
