The Conservationist I, or "C I," most frequently serves as a crew supervisor for 10-15 corpsmembers working on a wide variety of natural resource projects. CCC crews also respond to natural disasters such as floods, fires and earthquakes.
The C I supervises young men and women ages 18 to 25, leading and mentoring corpsmembers, instilling in them life skills and the work ethic.
The pay range for this civil service position is $2,611 to $4,027/month. Five different types of experience are among the options to meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
